In April 2020, ICEFLO identified a requirement to implement an industry-leading disaster recovery (DR) solution to bolster their customer offering and enhance their ability to win new business, whilst reducing risk and costs within their own business.

The business identified four key criteria for their new DR solution:

The solution was then delivered within six weeks, including an initial proof of concept, system design, implementation, testing, and go-live, using Agenor's proven implementation methodology.
