Agenor views Virtualisation at the heart of our company, with 70% of our legacy migration solutuions being based on this generic technology - whether it is a VMware or Citrix solution or a Unix based Virtualisation.

We recognise that one solution doesn't fit every customer scenario and have commited to a policy of being "vendor agnostic". Ultimately, our capabilities determine what we design and offer to our customers and we have developed this capability in the following areas:

We don't position ourselves as suppliers of the various hardware components that combine to create the foundation of our solutions, namely:

  • Storage
  • Networking

 

We prefer instead to focus our energy on what we do best and collaborate with carefully chosen partners to bring this expertise to the table.

Andy Smith - Programme ManagerMore details

Andy’s primary role in Agenor is to deliver business growth, developing Agenor’s delivery capability and new partner and customer relationships. Andy has been a PRINCE2 practitioner since 1999 and has delivered several large scale programmes. Andrew Campbell - Project ManagerMore details

Andrew is a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with solid experience in all aspects of data centre infrastructure commissioning. He has accumulated considerable formal project management experience including, design, planning, financial control and team leadership of major infrastructure and application implementations across client sites. Andrew is technically adept and has recently undertaken extensive VMWare training.


Allan Robertson - DBA & Unix ConsultantMore details

Allan specialises in Oracle and UNIX and is highly experienced in the design, development and administration of complex solutions in distributed computing environments. He has over 20 years Oracle experience and is an excellent team player, with an ability to liaise at all levels within an organisation. Allan has recently added VMware to his extensive portfolio of skills, adding the VCP accreditation to his many Oracle and Unix certifications.


Peter Stewart - Storage/Unix ConsultantMore details

Peter is a multi-skilled IT specialist, with specific technical strengths in both Unix and Storage technologies. His recent engagements have focused more on Storage, both in the NAS and SAN arenas, gaining enterprise scale experience in a major retail banking environment, predominantly with EMC solutions. In his capacity as a Unix consultant, Peter has undertaken a variety of roles both in support and project related disciplines. Peter has acquired a strong technical understanding of VMWare technology, having attended a 5-day FastTrack course, with VCP certification pending.
